A little about my journey
I grew up in South Africa and made my home in County Clare, Ireland, over twenty years ago. A move that taught me more about courage, reinvention, and starting over than any course or qualification ever could. Ireland has been my home ever since, and I can't imagine being anywhere else. (Even when it rains for six weeks straight. Although lately we've been spoiled with the odd parasol day! ❤️☂️)
I've been in private practice as a therapist since 2009, sitting with people through some of the most profound moments of their lives. That work gave me a deep understanding of how people change, what blocks them, and what helps them move forward. It also gave me a very healthy respect for the courage it takes to build something that is genuinely, vulnerably yours.
Over the years, as my own business evolved and moved increasingly online, I became fascinated by how practitioners, people with extraordinary gifts and real depth of expertise, struggled to translate what they did into something visible and sellable on the internet. Not because their work wasn't good enough. But because nobody had taught them how.
That fascination led me to Kajabi in 2014, to becoming a certified Kajabi Expert in 2022, and eventually to what I do today: helping therapists, coaches, educators, and healers build thriving online practices that reflect their work, reach more people, and don't burn them out in the process.
“You can only take your clients as far as you have gone.”
Those words were shared with me by one of my very first supervisors in psychotherapy, and they have stayed with me ever since. I believe them completely! in therapy, in business, and in life. Which is why my own growth, learning and inner work has never stopped, and why I bring all of it to the people I work with.
Where the therapist meets the tech-junkie
My work sits at an unusual intersection, and it's one I've come to think of as my greatest professional asset.
On one side: over two decades of training and practice in transpersonal psychology, humanistic psychotherapy, NLP, sound healing, and the deep inner work of human transformation.
On the other side: a genuine love of technology, platforms, and the mechanics of online business, specifically Kajabi, which I've been using since 2014 and building for clients since 2019.
Most business mentors have never sat with a client in a therapeutic context. Most web developers don't understand the particular emotional landscape of a practitioner-led business. I bring both, and for therapists, coaches, healers, and educators who want to move their work online, that combination makes a significant difference.
I understand why it's hard to talk about what you do when what you do is nuanced and deeply human. I understand the imposter syndrome that lives in the body of someone who has real skill but struggles to own it publicly. I understand the fear of getting it wrong, of being too visible, of not being ready yet.
And I know how to help you move through all of it, practically, gently, and without losing what makes your work distinctively yours.
My approach, in a nutshell
I always begin with clarity before complexity. Whatever we're working on together, whether it's your message, your offer, your Kajabi site, or all three, we slow down enough to hear what actually matters before we start building anything.
I work in a way that is reflective and strategic in equal measure. I'll ask good questions. I'll challenge you gently when I think you're playing small. I'll celebrate the wins alongside you. And I'll bring real, practical expertise to the table, not just encouragement, but a genuine ability to help you build the thing.
My sessions are via Zoom or Live Video, which means I work with practitioners across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and internationally. Distance has never been a barrier to good work.

There's a good chance something here has resonated. Maybe you've been thinking about taking your practice online for a while, and you're not quite sure where to start. Maybe you already have an online presence, but it doesn't quite feel like you yet. Maybe you're somewhere in the middle, with a half-built idea and a strong sense that you're ready to stop waiting.
Whatever brought you here... you don't need to have it all figured out. That's exactly what I'm here for.
The best next step is a simple conversation. Let's start there.
