3. WORKING HOURS & COMMUNICATION

Where services include scheduled sessions:

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to end the session.

Missed sessions may be counted as used unless otherwise agreed.

Travel time for in-person services may be charged or deducted from agreed hours, where applicable.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, meditations, designs, resources, downloads, and programme materials, is owned by or licensed to Hummingbird Mentoring Ltd.

We may use digital and AI-assisted tools to support administration, continuity, and service delivery.
Where recordings or transcripts are created, this is done only with explicit consent.

6. MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS (INCLUDING THE NEST)
Subscription Options
We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time.

Annual subscriptions are paid in advance and are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Upon cancellation:

Access to the membership platform is removed at the end of the billing cycle.

Accounts are archived.

Financial records are retained in accordance with legal obligations.

7. PRIVATE COMMUNITY RULES
Where access to a private online community is included:

The community is a private space.

Members must respect confidentiality.

Content may not be copied, screenshot, or shared externally.

We reserve the right to remove members who breach community guidelines.

Any connections made between members outside the platform are their own responsibility.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are presented at checkout or within individual client agreements.

9. SHOP & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Where physical products (e.g., books, journals) are sold:

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once dispatched, returns must be made in unused, saleable condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Faulty goods must be reported promptly.

While we are committed to delivering high-quality and thoughtful services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Any decisions made or actions taken as a result of engaging with our services remain your responsibility.
