A living library of self-care for the practitioner in you.
The Nest is not a course. It's not a programme. There's nothing to complete, no boxes to tick, no pressure to show up at a set time or keep up with anyone else.
It's a monthly membership that grows alongside you. A quiet corner of the internet where you can come to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, especially on the days when you've given everything to everyone else.
Each month, new content is added across four areas of practice:
🎧 Meditation & Visualisation Library
Twelve themed meditation portals covering the inner experiences that shape every practitioner's journey: Stillness, Trust, Shadow, Joy, Clarity, Fire, and more. Each portal contains a guided sound journey or meditation, journal prompts, a creative practice, and a simple ritual. Explore by theme, or simply follow what you feel called to on any given day.
🌊 Soundscapes
Pure sound environments to help your nervous system settle. Use them as background for focused work, to create an atmosphere for client sessions, or simply to wind down at the end of a long day. No guidance, no words - just sound.
✨ Practices & Rituals
Simple, grounded practices you can weave into your daily or weekly rhythm. Mindful doodling. Creative reflection. Monthly rituals to mark transitions and honour where you are. These aren't prescriptive; take what works and leave the rest.
⏱ 5 Minute Wonders
Got five minutes between clients? Waiting for a Zoom call to start? The 5 Minute Wonders are your quick-access reset kit. Short practices designed to bring you back to yourself fast, without needing to carve out a whole hour for self-care.
Don't just take my word for it...
here's what listeners say on Insight Timer, where my meditations have been enjoyed by thousands of people worldwide.
Why I created The Nest
I've been a therapist and mentor for over two decades, and one of the things I've noticed consistently, in my clients and in myself, is how easy it is to put your own inner work last.
We know the value of it. We believe in it completely. And still, somehow, it's always the first thing to go when life gets busy.
The Nest was born from a simple conviction: that therapists, coaches, and practitioners who tend to themselves do better work, build more sustainable businesses, and show up more fully for the people they serve.
This is your space. I'm glad you found it.
