The SuperPreneur Coaching Program Details

I’m looking for 5-10 therapists, coaches, practitioners, teachers or experts who want to create a signature online program for their practice. 

I’m specifically looking for individuals who:

1. Feel like the way they currently “work” needs to change.
2. Currently, work with clients 1:1 in-person and want to move their work online
3. Are experienced in a specific area and want to create an online program
4. Want to move from 1:1 to doing more group work online  
5. Have a burning desire to change their career and do something more fulfilling and on “purpose”

The SuperPreneur Coaching Program is a 12-week program for those who dream of creating a new way of bringing their message to the world and making an impact. It is for someone who feels called to serve others in a bigger way and feels like they have a bigger purpose. 

But they don’t know where to start and feel a bit lost as to what to focus on first and whether their dream will ever be possible because the whole notion of creating or building online courses seems daunting and frankly “tech feels scary”. 

They might have a couple of social media accounts and start sharing messages, quotes and memes in the hope that someone would recognise that they have something to share. This seems difficult and they’re not getting the responses they hope for, so they feel “all this online stuff is just too hard” and they give up or move on to the next thing that they are passionate about, or someone said, “you should focus on this group of people”. 

The trial and error approach leaves them exhausted and lacking self-belief, feeling confused and as if they swimming against the tide. 

They often feel isolated and alone and do not have the support of family or a spouse to support their “crazy idea” or leave a job that “pays the bills” to pursue something that “might not work”. This often leaves them afraid to share their big dream, because they are afraid of being judged or what people might think or say about them, so they stay stuck where they are - dreaming about change. 

•  What they need is a group of entrepreneurs that get them and their big dreams. Somewhere they feel safe to talk and dream and create and held accountable to take action. 
•  They need a strong connection and anchor in their own story and message. Their own uniqueness and how this serves them in serving others. 
•  They need clarity on who to share their offering. 
•  They also need guidelines on the steps to follow to fulfil their dream or vision.
•  They need structure and guidance in how to package and deliver their offering, in order to fulfil their unique purpose. 

But most of all they realise the first person they need to change is themselves. They need to work on their mindset, get out of their own way and become the person that can make the dream come true. They realise that “Your business is only as good as YOU are”. When they bring a better, clearer version of themselves to their clients and to their world, the more impactful and clearer their message will be. 

By the end of the 12 weeks you will have clarity around 

•  who you are offering to your clients, and your own transformational success story 
•  your superpower and techniques to keep a SuperPreneur mindset
•  what you want to create and share with the world, but also 
•  who exactly do you want to share it with and 
•  how to create dream transformations for your ideal clients. 

Your 12 Week SuperPreneur Journey looks like this:

1. Connecting the Dots In this module we focus on the parts of your story that is relevant to how you want to serve others.
2. Your Super Powers This module focuses on what makes you unique and puts you in a unique position to help others transform their stories.  
3. Your Mission Connecting to your Vision and Dream in a deep and personal way. Look at what will fuel your dream and what will block you from achieving it.  
4. Your Networth Money is such a trigger word for so many entrepreneurs. Being aware of the stories we carry around money is super important. We will also do some healing work on the blocked energy around these. 
5. Your Super Client Avatar Connecting to who you want to help and CAN help most. Creating a crystal clear profile of who it is you can help transform is super important.  
6. Your Message It is Content Creation time. Look at the steps that are involved in helping your clients reach their own transformations. Use a “Magic Formula” to make content creation easy using your gift.
7. Transformation Station Looking in depth at the transformation you are going to bring to your clients. How will you help them to reach their goal? What does your own story have to do with their transformation? 
8. Stand and Deliver How do you envision your online business to run? What systems and tools will you need to make it all work together. How will you host your program? Find the perfect delivery method for what you are teaching. 
9. Your Vision Plan your Big vision for your business, what is your BIG why? What motivates your dream and your wanting to bring your gift to the world 
10. Bending Space and Time Identify your Time Benders and Time Suckers in your new online business. it is really important I think that we create businesses that support our lives, instead of our lives supporting our businesses. 
11. Your Insignia - How you package your gift, and the energy that translates through colour, images, fonts and branding is important. But even more important do YOU translate through your branding. 
12. The Hero’s Journey - Learning to Price and Deliver your signature offering (your client's journey) in a way that really speaks to your Super Client Avatar. Review your own journey and how it will help extend the invitation to join your program.
